NATURAL WASHING POWDER RECIPE

 www.sophieladydeparis.etsy.com

Hi Everyone,

One of my customer said she liked the scent of my antique dish cloth and asked me yesterday what kind of washing powder I was using to make my laundry smell so good.
So I thought it could be a good idea to share a tip by sharing with you the way I'm making my washing powder to clean my antique French linens.

Natural Washing Powder Recipe
1/Take an old detergent can.
2/Fill it with 2 glasses of each following ingredients :
-grounded natural soap,
-baking soda (will foam with vinegar),
-white vinegar,
3/ 2 Litres (70 ounces) of hot water,
4/ 10 drops of essential oil of lavender (or any scent you like lemon, ylang-ylang etc...),
5/ Shake the can,
6/ Leave it till all the ingredients are mixed together (average one hour),
7/ I 'm using 3 cups per washing machine.

CAUTION : As for any other detergent be cautious with children and if you have any allergy. This is just a tip that you have to adapt to your own case.
